Terrible
Dehydrated Jerusalem artichoke is hard more than it is crisp. Hard with a not very nice chewiness. The root vegetable was not peeled so you can feel the peels' texture as well. When you dehydrate and therefore concentrate the flavour, it feels strange and not too tasty. Expensive for a very tiny amount - and it's not even enjoyable to eat.
