Alnatura's golden flaxseed has a mild flavour that makes it an excellent addition to homemade breads, pastries, or your own DIY granola blends.
Important information about golden flaxseed:
- Due to their high swelling capacity, golden flaxseed should always be consumed with plenty of fluids.
- Golden flaxseed contains naturally occurring compounds that can release hydrogen cyanide when crushed. However, heating significantly reduces this content. Therefore, you should never eat them raw; only enjoy them boiled, baked, or otherwise cooked.
- Maximum daily amount for adults: 15 g (approx. 2 tablespoons) per day
