Description
With their neutral flavour - similar to flax or chia seeds - Alnatura Organic Psyllium Husks are perfect for muesli, smoothies, and baking. Psyllium husks have a very high swelling capacity, making them excellent for binding and thickening both sweet and savoury dishes.
Note: Always consume psyllium husks with plenty of liquid and do not exceed a daily amount of 30g.
