Description
The Organic Rice Flakes by Alnatura is a great basis for a variety of dairy- and gluten-free meals for your baby. For example, add diluted milk and/or fruit for a delicious bowl of porridge. The fine rice flakes dissolve quickly and form a smooth consistency. The rice flakes are enriched with vitamin B1 and suitable for babies 5 months old and up.
Recommended preparation for water+milk cereal:
- Bring 100 ml fresh whole milk and 100 ml water to a boil and cool it down to about 50 °C. Pour into a cereal bowl.
- Mix in 6 tbsp (20 g) rice flakes, stir well and allow to cool to a comfortable temperature before offering it to your baby.
Please note that the manufacturer recommends feeding a cereal porridge with fruit starting at 7 months of age. Refer to the section below for more information on the preparation of baby cereal.
