Soy sauce is one of Japan's best-known exports. It is a traditional condiment and an integral part of Asian cuisine. Alnatura's Shoyu Soy Sauce is fermented in a traditional Japanese process and contains 33% soybeans, water, sea salt and wheat flour. Selected organic ingredients and a 5 month maturation period create the unmistakably flavourful taste. Naturally vegan.
