very hard
These cookies are so hard, they are impossible to eat straight out of the packet. I had to let them sit in coffee / tea / hot chocolate / any liquid for some time to soften them before I was able to bite into them.
Taste-wise they are ok. A little sweet and not really anything very special. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 only because the ingredients are healthy at least. I will not be ordering these again.
