Description
This gluten-free couscous made from wholegrain rice flour is the perfect base for quick and creative dishes. Whether served warm as a side, as a cold salad, or even as a sweet breakfast with mango and coconut – the choice is yours! Ready in just five minutes, it provides a wholesome and varied meal.
Preparation suggestion:
Pour 130 ml boiling water over 100 g couscous. For a savoury version, add 4 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes, then fluff up with a fork.
