Description
What tastes better on a freshly grilled rump steak than a dab of herb butter? With the Ankerkraut Herb Butter spice mix, you can easily make your own wonderfully aromatic herb butter that tastes far better than shop-bought products.
It is very easy to make: add about 1 teaspoon of this herb mix to 100g of room temperature butter and mix well. Adjust the quantity to your taste - if you don't like your butter too strongly seasoned, reduce the amount of herb mix and add a pinch of salt. For a gourmet touch, add your choice of fresh herbs and finely chopped onions or fresh garlic.
