Description
Spaghetti Bolognese was a term used in the 15th and 16th centuries to describe a stew during the Renaissance. Over time the Bolognese was prepared using pasta. In Bologna in Northern Italy, Bolognese can be served with tagliatelle pasta. The "Spaghetti Bolognese" version is more often eaten in France.
Recipe:
- For about 500g ground meat, use 3-5 teaspoons of Bolognese spice. Our Bolognese spice can also be used for a great lasagna!
