Description
The traditional bamboo mat used to roll sushi is called "Makisu". It is the perfect little accessory to roll out beautiful and evenly formed maki sushi rolls. The mat is made with natural materials (bamboo sticks held together with cotton string) making it absolutely food-safe.
Cleaning the bamboo mat is just as easy as making your maki rolls. Simply wash with lukewarm water and let dry.
