This Sweet Matcha Mix combines the typical mildly bitter notes of green matcha tea powder with the fine caramel aroma and sweetness of coconut blossom sugar.
You can use this powder in the typical matcha ceremony and whip up a light and airy froth with your bamboo whisk for the perfect creamy consistency. But if you're short on time, you can also whip up a refreshing matcha latte in just a few steps.
Quick & Easy Matcha Latte:
- Mix one to two tablespoons of matcha mix with approx. two tablespoons of water.
- Heat 200 ml plant drink or milk and froth in a glass.
- Carefully pour the sweet matcha mix over the milk foam into the glass and stir in.
- Enjoy!
