Simply put, the difference between dry yeast and fresh yeast is that dry yeast has a longer shelf life and is easier to use than fresh yeast.
Dried yeast works best in dough temperatures between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius.
Use:
- Use 1 tbsp with 1/2 kg of flour
- Carefully mix into the flour
- Store in a cool place
