Description
Quick and easy to prepare, this baking mix for keto bread is the perfect addition to your diet. It is suitable for a low-carb diet and is rich in fibre and protein. The recipe is fortified with a vitamin B complex.
Preparation:
- Take the contents of the mix in a large bowl or a Thermomix mixing bowl. add 220 ml water (water line in the can) and 2 tbsp vinegar.
- Then mix by hand, with a food processor or Thermomix (speed 5, 60 seconds) to form a homogenous dough.
- Cover and let it rest for around 30 minutes.
- Transfer the dough to a loaf tin lined with baking paper or shape into a loaf with moistened hands and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Sprinkle seeds on top as desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170° C (convection) for around 40 minutes. Take the bread out of the loaf tin. Allow it to cool in a cooling rack and serve.
