Bauck Mühle Organic 8 Wonder Rolls Protein, 350 g

Bake delicious homemade protein rolls at home - quickly and easily - with the gluten-free 8 Wonder Rolls Protein baking mix by Bauck Mühle. Simply mix with water and quark cheese, shape and bake. The result is a batch of rustic, delicious rolls with a firm texture that are ideal for everyday meals. The baking mix contains a balanced blend of oat bran, oats and seeds.

Preparation:
Additional ingredients: 250 ml hot water, 250 g low-fat quark

1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C, top and bottom heat.
2. Mix the quark cheese with hot water and stir well until fully mixed.
3. Stir the contents of the pack into the mix. Let the dough rest for 5 minutes.
4. Wet your hands and divide the dough into eight equal pieces. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Press the dough pieces flat until they are approx. 2 cm high.
5. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven on the middle shelf.
6. After approx. 35 minutes, take them out of the oven and cool on a wire rack.

Tips:

• The baked rolls are suitable for freezing.
• A vegan quark alternative can also be used for preparation.
