Description
The proofing basket in an rectangular shape is ideal for letting the bread dough rise. It stabilizes the bread dough and protects it from dehydration. The natural material used is often used by professional bakers. The shape of the basket gives the bread a characteristic groove pattern.
Make sure to flour the basket before using so the dough doesn't stick.
