Sun-ripened apricots from the Roero hills taste particularly sweet and aromatic. The harvested fruits are gently preserved in sugar syrup. The classic apricot compote goes well with any kind of sweet dessert, such as Kaiserschmarrn, rice pudding, yoghurt creams, ice cream and much more.
