The Barrica vintage 2018 has a clear, pale golden colour. A seductive aroma of anise along with tropical notes of kiwi come to the fore. A hint of vanilla at the finish. Sweetness dominates in the mouth, followed by freshness. Well balanced and long-lasting.

Pairs well with: oily fish (salmon, turbot, grouper), white meat, seafood and cheese.
