Description

Haritaki - Terminalia chebula, is an evergreen tree up to 20 metres tall with egg-shaped leaves, white flowers and small five-winged yellow to orange-brown drupes, which are used in Ayurvedic nutrition.

  • Nutritional supplement made from plant parts with secondary plant substances (polyphenols)

Recommended dose:
Take 4 scoops twice daily between meals.

Preparation:
