Davert Organic Bulgur Salad, 170 g

Preparation:

• You will also need 75 g of feta or a plant-based alternative.
• Briefly sauté the contents of the bag in 2 tbsp of hot oil.
• Add 300 ml of water, bring the mixture to a brief boil and place the lid on the pot.
• Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• Turn off the heat and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
• Dice the feta and stir it into the salad, which can be enjoyed hot or cold.
