Description

This Italian organic rice pudding rice from certified organic farming impresses with its ideal cooking properties: the round grains release just the right amount of starch during cooking to develop a wonderfully soft and creamy consistency.

Whether you enjoy it steaming hot with cinnamon and sugar in winter or serve it chilled with fresh berries and fruit in summer, this rice is the perfect base for your sweet creations!

Preparation for 2 people:

  • Bring 400 ml of milk to a boil and add 100 g of rice pudding rice.
  • Simmer on low heat in a closed pot for approx. 25–30 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally.
