Description

This tabouleh salad combines fine couscous with a perfectly balanced selection of traditional spices for an authentic taste experience! The combination of aromatic parsley and the special freshness of mint gives the salad its characteristic flair.

Preparation:

  • You will also need fresh tomatoes (approx. 150 g).
  • Place the contents of the bag in a bowl and pour 320 ml of boiling water over it.
  • Let it soak for 10 minutes.
  • Dice the tomatoes and fold them in along with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Enjoy the salad warm or cold.
