Description

White quinoa is the finest of the quinoa varieties and impresses with its particularly mild, subtly nutty flavour. These small white grains are true masters of transformation: they remain wonderfully light and fluffy when cooked, while perfectly absorbing the aromas of fresh herbs and spices.

Preparation for 100 g of quinoa:

  • Bring 2 1/2 times the amount of water to a boil.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add the quinoa and simmer gently for 15–20 minutes until the water has been completely absorbed.
  • Stir occasionally.
