- DIE KÄSEMACHER brand is rightly proud of their "granitbeißer" cheeses. These hard cheeses are made from sheep and goat's milk that have been matured for at least 3 months. The cheeses are coated with spices - in this case, with oriental spices. The hardness of the cheese is similar to parmesan or pecorino and is perfect for grating, or shaving over warm meals.
- Flavours from turmeric, ginger, cumin and chilli make the cheese perfect for curries, rice dishes, fish or meat dishes.
Our tip: try the cheese with salmon!
