Dr. Oetker Flana Pudding, 2-Pack, Chocolate (60 g)

Dr. Oetker Flana is a particularly delicate and aromatic pudding - perfect for dessert! The pudding remains liquid during preparation, making it easier to divide into individual serving-sized containers to cool, set and serve. It does not form a "skin" on the surface as it cools.

Preparation for 4 servings:

1. Take 500 ml milk in a saucepan.
2. Mix 1 sachet of the pudding powder with around 50 g sugar (3 tablespoons) in a bowl and stir 3 tablespoons (taken from the 500 ml milk above) into it until smooth.
3. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, remove from heat and stir in the smooth mix of powder, milk and sugar.
4. Boil for at least 1 more minute, stirring constantly. Then pour into small dessert bowls or moulds - rinse with cold water first.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours before turning out.
6. Store in a cool, dark place until ready to serve.
