This vegan fruit spread is a great alternative for those on a low-histamine and low-fructose diet. It is been sweetened with dextrose and fructose-free glucose syrup and contains no citric acid.
The slightly tart, fruity flavour of elderberries is wonderfully complemented by the subtle aroma of cinnamon and cloves.
