The apple balsamic vinegar won first prize at the Falstaff Product Test. It has been matured for 8 years in oak barrels and has the perfect sweet, velvety texture. The balanced flavour goes well with savoury or sweet dishes.
The white wine vinegar and grape juice combine to give the balsamic vinegar a good balance of sweet and sour. The white balsamic vinegar harmonises well with fish and noodle dishes also goes wonderfully with summer salads.
