Eva Aschenbrenner's Cold Season Tea was compiled for colds and coughs. Her advice: "If you feel a sore throat coming on, immediately start drinking this tea!"

Ms. Aschenbrenner recommends adding two leveled tablespoons to 500 ml of boiling water and let it brew for about 10 minutes. Drink the tea slowly, using small sips.
