Herbaria Organic "Josef" Ground Coffee

The "Josef" coffee has a full taste and virtually no acidity. It has the flavour of dried raisins combined with a touch of hazelnut and black currant. It produces a fine crema when brewed.

• The specialty roaster Dinzler (Bavaria, Germany) gently roasts the beans using a special Slow Drum Roasting technique giving the beans their distinctive taste.
• The beans are cultivated, handpicked and processed on-site by local smallholders of the Majomut Union in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. In this way, the farmers and producers receive a fair price for their product.
