Harvested by hand, organically grown and processed directly from the farm, these small, fine red onion pieces, were dried using a special drying process and are characterized by their particularly mild and fruity aroma.

Highlights:

• Red onions are characterised by a particularly harmonious and very full-bodied flavour. When you need fresh red onions for a recipe, just add water to these and they'll almost taste like red onions fresh from the garden!
• The onions are dried at 50-70 ° C after harvest on the farm and are roughly chopped. The roasted flavour comes from the drying process. When adding water, however, the onion loses some of its intense flavours. The onions are ideal for sprinkling on fresh and raw food.

Taste: Aromatic, very fruity, lightly roasted flavour

• Simply sprinkle over a slice of bread with cream cheese and some herbs and enjoy letting the flavours mingle on your tongue.
