Description
Kimchi Sauce by ITA-SAN combines pickled chillies with savoury fish sauce, aromatic garlic and ginger. Apple juice concentrate and orange juice add a fruity note, while a vegetable seasoning made with Chinese cabbage, celery and carrots rounds out the flavour with a pleasantly spicy finish.
The sauce is ideal as a base for making homemade kimchi and can also be used as a fiery seasoning while cooking.
