Description
Shoyu Ramen Broth by ITA-SAN provides a convenient base for homemade ramen without spending hours at the hob. Selected ingredients including chicken, classic soy sauce, shiitake mushrooms, mushrooms, leek, carrots, celery and a subtle note of lemongrass are gently simmered for 24 hours.
The result is a balanced broth with a relatively mild flavour that leaves plenty of room for your own ingredients. Combine it with your favourite noodles, crisp vegetables, tofu or thinly sliced meat to create a bowl to suit your taste.
