Sweet Teriyaki Sauce by ITA-SAN combines savoury soy sauce with ginger, garlic and onion. Molasses, sugar and spirit vinegar give the sauce its characteristic sweet and savoury balance as well as an appetising glaze.
Use it to marinate meat skewers, season salmon and chicken, or serve it as a savoury-sweet dip with sushi. It is equally useful at the hob or on the barbecue.
