Vegetarian Miso Ramen Broth by ITA-SAN is a convenient and flavourful base for homemade ramen without spending hours at the hob. Selected ingredients, including savoury miso paste, leek, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and aromatic ginger are gently cooked for six hours.
The result is a balanced, umami-rich broth with a relatively mild flavour, leaving plenty of room to customise your bowl with fresh vegetables, tofu, noodles or other toppings to taste.
