Yakisoba Sauce by ITA-SAN combines sweet and savoury flavours in a ready-to-use seasoning sauce. Based on soy sauce, the recipe is rounded off with fruity apple purée, tomato purée, onions and spirit vinegar.
Add it to fried noodles, rice, tofu or crisp vegetables after stir-frying, or use it to marinate and glaze chicken, pork or fish. The sauce coats ingredients well and gives them an appetising glossy finish.
