This alga, known as Dulsa, comes from the northern Atlantic and has lots of healthy characteristics as it is known to be rich in vitamins and minerals. These nutrients can support flushing out heavy metals, as well as liver and digestive functions.
The Dulse flakes can be used as seasonings and go particularly well with fish and seafood, vegetables, cereals and pasta dishes, soups, spreads and salads.
