Seawater is pumped into shallow pools to produce this sea salt. When the sun shines on the seawater it evaporates, leaving behind these delicious salt crystals!
Uses: enjoy on many different types of food! The salt acts as a natural preservative and can be used when making cheese for the maturation process. A pinch of salt can also bring out the natural flavours in desserts!
