Description
Oats are among the healthiest grains in Europe and contain many B vitamins and minerals, as well as fatty acids and proteins. At Mulino Sobrino, organically grown oat flakes from Europe are ground to fine oat flour using natural stone rollers.
Whip up fabulous American "oatmeal cookies" or use this flour to make bread, cakes or muffins. We recommend mixing the oat flour with other types of flour, as oats are low in gluten and pure oat flour dough is slightly tough.
You can also use oat flour to thicken sauces and soups.
