Description
This Korean dish features soft, smooth wheat noodles that are pleasantly thin and light. The real star, however, is the rich, savoury sauce – a perfectly balanced blend of roasted onion powder, garlic, soy sauce, and a selection of aromatic spices.

Preparation:
- Bring 600 ml of water to a boil, then add the noodles and soy-vegetable flakes.
- Cook for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Reserve 4 tablespoons of water and drain the rest.
- Add the seasoning powder and oil mix, stir well, and serve!
