Description
This practical baking mix contains high-quality ingredients and is quick and easy to prepare. The natural recipe contains almond and rice flour and contains no wheat flour or added sugar - the perfect combination of taste and nutrients. One pack makes 15-20 pancakes which are packed with protein and fibre. As the baking mix contains no added sugar, you can sweeten it to taste if desired.
Method of preparation:
- Mix 50 g of the baking mix with 100 ml of water to make a smooth batter.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan. Drop batter by the spoonful on the pan and cook until done.
