Description
This drink brings together the traditional craft of fermentation and modern flavour ideas. Selected organic ingredients such as blackcurrants, hemp, herbs, roots, seeds, bark and fruits are used to create an intense cold infusion, refined with apple cider vinegar and acacia honey. With no added sugar, the concentrate offers a balanced combination of fruity, tart and gently spiced notes. Mixed with still or sparkling water, it makes a distinctive drink and is also ideal as a base for creative alcohol-free mocktails.
Serving suggestion:
Mix with water at a ratio of 1:10 or use as a base for mocktails.
