Description
This almond flour consists of ground unroasted sweet almonds. It contains about 12% almond oil and 21% fibre. Suitable for baking delicate biscuits and other fine baked goods.
Uses:
- The flour is naturally gluten-free and makes a great addition to breakfast cereal, desserts, sauces, ice cream and more!
- When baking, you can replace 10–20% of regular flour with almond flour. Due to its high absorption capacity, you will need to adjust the liquid content of your recipe accordingly.
Note:
- The colour of the flour may vary depending on the raw almonds available. Sometimes the almonds are processed with their brown skins, resulting in a slightly darker flour; other times they’re blanched, producing a flour with a lighter colour. This variation affects only the colour – not the baking result.
