Description
Rapunzel's coconut flour is particularly finely ground and is a wonderfully aromatic ingredient for soups, sauces, curries or baked goods. It also tastes delicious with muesli, milkshakes and creamy desserts. It is rich in protein, fibre and other nutrients and can be easily integrated into a wide range of recipes. Perfect for a healthy, nutritious diet!
Note: Coconut flour can replace regular flour by up to 25% - please keep this in mind when substituting in your recipes. As a rule of thumb: you can replace 100 g flour with 60 g coconut flour. The amount of liquid in the dough must be roughly doubled to achieve the usual texture.
