Rapunzel's colourful alphabet pasta is a great addition to soup and very popular with children (and grown-ups too!). The pasta is coloured with natural food colours including tomato powder, beetroot powder and spinach powder. After shaping, the pasta is slowly and gently dried at a maximum temperature of 65°C.
