Description
Spirelli, also known as fusilli, is a classic Italian pasta variety that is very popular with people of all ages, but especially children. Rapunzel's spirelli made from whole grain emmer semolina has a fine, nutty taste and can be served wtih a variety of sauces. Or serve simply with aromatic olive oil and freshly grated parmesan.
Directions for preparation: Take 1 litre of salted water for every 100 g of pasta and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 7 minutes stirring occasionally.
