Description

Dralli or short pasta twists. This unique pasta is made from natural emmer wheat, an ancient variety of wheat and has a full-bodied, nutty taste with an excellent bite. Naturally grown and made in Austria. Plus, cultivating old grain varieties promotes biodiversity.

Serving suggestion: Try this pasta with your favourite sauce, in pan-fried pasta recipes or a summery pasta salad. A versatile and delicious pasta variety.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Preparation:

  1. Tale 1 L water for every 100g of pasta and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the desired amount of salt and pasta to the boiling water.
  3. Stir occasionally while cooking.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes for the perfect al dente texture.
  5. Serve warm with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
