This composition contains 70% spices and 30% Granito sea salt, which is why it is perfectly suited for barbecue marinades. With the addition of smoked paprika, the blend obtains a spicy note which is quite appealing. "Smoky BBQ" can also be added to meat shortly after is has been grilled: savory and spicy, also due to the added mustard seeds.
