Serve it on a platter of appetisers, on bruschetta or in the classic way, i.e., tossed with fusilli or spaghetti. This special pesto is made from freshly harvested cavolo nero, a Tuscan variety of kale. Sourced from the Loro Ciuffenna region which lies on the slopes of the Pratomagno mountains in Tuscany.
