Description
A fine mix of rice and quinoa flour refined with aromatic olive oil make this tender piadina or flatbread a mild but tasty alternative when it comes to hot snacks! This gluten-free recipe is also vegan.
Preparation: Heat the piadina in a coated pan for one minute on each side, fill, roll and serve! A really tasty alternative to toast and sandwiches!
