Those who appreciate the unmistakable nutty aroma of pumpkin seed oil will love this fine oil that was gently cold-pressed at below 27 °C and can be labelled "Extra Virgin".
Sapore di Soles pumpkin seed oil is a real powerhouse of nutrients. It contains plenty of polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially linoleic acid (omega-6) as well as beta-carotene, vitamin E and zinc. You can use it on salads and drizzle it on vanilla ice cream for a fantastic flavour.
Tip: The oil is so aromatic that you can serve it as a dip with bread as an appetiser!
