Description
This sweet spice goes wonderfully with rice pudding, fruit compotes and cakes. Highly recommended for a sweet couscous dish with dried fruit, apples and lemon juice. Apricot dumplings are even more irresistible with cinnamon. A pinch of cinnamon powder adds delicious flavour to chocolate drinks and coffee. Cinnamon is also part of many Arab and Indian spice blends. Ceylon cinnamon has a sweet and mild flavour and a fresh spice, rounded out with a little orange flavour to complete this subtle spice.
